Sometimes ignorance is bliss. The more I read about food processing in our great country, the lessI want to eat. I know there are some of you out there saying "come on Larry!"
Would you pull grapes out of your fridge, spray them with Raid, let them sit for an hour, rinse them off with water, then feed them to your kid? I didn't think so.
That is basically what we are doing when we purchase something that we don't know the background of.
Does it cost more? Yes. But like anything in this country with supply and demand, and competition for your dollar. The more people ask for something, companies will start making more and the price will start coming down. They do not want to loose you as a customer. Just think about the last few years and how many more Organic items are available.
My opinion....It is worth it.
